Create Heart Wholeness

Creating the partnership between ego and Spirit, an aspect of your healing journey for each lifetime, is one of many life purposes. Another is to create wholeness in your heart, so that your heart energy includes the combined aspects of the high and low heart energies. The high heart is the spirit-filled, unconditional love energy of your divine heritage. The low heart reflects the karmic journey, soul wounds and other energies gathered over lifetimes of experience in the emotional energy of the third dimension. Heart wholeness occurs when these two energies are blended, allowing the low heart to be healed and reflect the unconditional love the high heart holds for it.

The whole heart is peaceful and joyful. It needs nothing yet all of its needs are always met. It may experience sorrow yet is in joy in every circumstance because it knows faith and trust. It is always in a state of love and does not require another to be an example of love. It is powerful and compassionate, energetically balanced and seeks the highest vibration in all things. It is part of each of you, your reminder of the unconditional love you have come from and are returning to. The whole heart is your pathway to the peace, joy and love that is the healing you seek throughout your lifetime in all things. To find it, you must learn to seek within and to connect to the divinity within.

The love you seek from others and in the world is the lonely, needy voice of the low heart which believes itself to be disconnected, alone, in pain and unworthy. It believes it must create love and often finds the most unloving circumstances to do so. The low heart’s definition of love is transformed through healing, forgiveness and acceptance of the presence of the high heart, which also means acknowledging that all love comes from within. Unconditional love is your birthright but creating its presence on the earth and in the third dimension is part of your life purpose. This moment of connection is the low heart’s ascension, as it is joined to its partner in love, the high heart.

Just as spirit requires the body to be present in the third dimension, the high heart needs the low heart to express divine love. And the low heart needs the high heart to know joy, fulfillment and love. The love each of you seeks from others or from the world is your low heart’s search for the high heart connection. This connection is important because you did not come here to receive love from the world, you came here to create love in the world.  The world does not give love; it can only reflect love. The high heart connection is created through forgiveness, acceptance and self healing. Once you remember yourself as a source of divine love for you and for the world, the connection is made, you step into heaven on earth and a limitless supply of love.

Take Inspired Action

What inspires you? What moves you to take action, to focus your energy towards a specific goal? What are you so passionate about that you forget your doubts and fears and move forward with clarity of thought and purpose? Do you act only when you feel you must or are forced to and therefore react to situations? Or do you take action in order to avoid potentially difficult situations? Learning to take inspired action, to use divine timing, spiritual guidance and your own intuitive knowing will help you step into the flow of the Universe and draw you closer to your desired reality with effortless grace and ease, into a reality unfolding with peace, joy and abundance.

Inspired action is action that is taken with confidence and knowing that a particular step is the right one to take. Learning to use your guidance and intuition to decide when to take the next step and in which direction to go creates a balance between mind and spirit that utilizes the best of your learning and experience to create the possibility of a new reality.  How do you know when action is inspired? When you feel calm, at peace and are not afraid. This is when the results flow and you only have to think about what you want and the opportunities present themselves effortlessly.

Moving from the mind limits action to re-action because the mind responds from its past knowing and learning, so all it can create is a replay of past experiences.  Learning to recognize inspiration, where you act from the new information and knowing provided by spirit, requires that you trust in your own spiritual competence and are willing to try what is new and different, even if it is something that you have never done before. Have you asked for guidance and the answer is a step into the unknown? Trust that your guidance will always lead you to the path of highest and greatest fulfillment, and into effortless creation.

Effortlessness will be the new energy of life when you learn to take inspired action, because you act in partnership with spirit, in the direction and on the path that are perfect for you. This is life lived with divine influence, that you trust in the Universe to fulfill every need within each moment. You move from destiny to creation and act from the heart’s desire for your highest good.  Now is the time to take inspired action in your life, to do what your heart tells you is right for you and to learn to accept that effortlessness is the way of the Universe. Choose an area of your life you want to change, ask for guidance and commit to accepting the challenge to trust and act from the point of this inspired guidance. Be still and know that you are loved and supported, be open to receiving the blessings of joy, peace and abundance and commit to your soul’s desire for wholeness and that you know your divinity. Then be in spirit and be inspired.

You Do Your Best In All Things

The present moment is more than the moment in which you are aware of yourself in your reality, it is also the total of all moments before it and the beginning of the next moment. In each moment you bring in the energies of all lifetimes, the knowing of all experiences and the highest energetic vibration that you can be at in that moment. In each moment you are the best that you can be, you do the most that you are capable of and you are at the only energetic vibration you can be at. When you feel you can do more, it is because you have connected with a different vibration whose potential is inviting you to step into transformation.

This does not make any part of your reality wrong, it simply means that you have completed your learning at that vibration, all understanding has been achieved and the experiences it holds for you have been fulfilled. The doorway to new realities often opens before the one to your existing reality has closed. So a new vibrational awareness becomes available before you have left the one you are in. Being in two different energetic levels is confusing as each pulls you in a different direction. The old energy pulls you into the past, which is known and predictable, the new one compels you to explore an unknown future. Which will you choose?

At any level of energetic vibration, what you do is what you are capable of because each level has its own lessons and learning, experience, potential, possibilities and realities. You bring all of your learning into each vibrational experience and this allows you to become the fulfillment of that experience, according to your soul’s desire for healing. The divine perfection of each experience is related to your individual perfection, which is aligned with your learning, healing and transformation. There is no other path available to you. This is your experience, you do your best as you accomplish your own learning and healing. Seeking to copy others or achieve their results is not possible because your best is all you can do.

The best you can do is between you and Source; there is no expectation or desired result, all learning is done in accordance with your soul’s contract, the healing path you have chosen in each lifetime and the total of all lifetime experiences. Transformation is simply a step into a new vibrational energy, a step into either the direction of karma or creation, in which you embrace past or future, according to your abilities. The potential of each moment awaits you as you choose according to your abilities and knowing. See each moment as a doorway that invites you to experience your divinity and as you embrace new potentials, an opportunity to move farther into your own heaven on earth.
